How to Deal with Damages:

Document Damages at Check-In: Please use this form to document any damage you discover at the property at the time of check in. It is important to let us know as soon as you discover the damage. This will help us document any pre-existing damage so that the damage will not be attributed to your stay.

Notify Our Office: If you accidentally damage the property during your stay, contact your agent as soon as possible. Don’t feel reluctant to report damages, this is why you purchased insurance. Most of the time Generali Global Assistance will work directly with our office to handle claims, but sometimes may need to contact you with questions.
